The Berry Mobile rolls in

I was so happy to see the Berry Mobile today at Whole Foods Market!

Berry Mobile Fruit Distribution is a true farm-to-market company. It sources fruit and veggies from B.C. growers, with all of its produce being CanadaGAP-certified. GAP stands for Good Agricultural Practices, and certification means that companies meet strict food-safety standards.

The company also pays its fruit pickers living wages, which really ought to be the norm, right?

Earlier this month Berry Mobile had several varieties of bright, juicy strawberries, including Albion, Clancy, and Puget. Today it was raspberries—big and beautiful.
